Our 3 bedroom waterside holiday lodge, ideal for family friendly holidays Norfolk, is located just off the main river in a small marina with quay headed mooring. Its’ quiet and tranquil location is perfect to get into the quieter waters with your own boat, kayak or paddle board from our slipway on the marina and you can moor directly outside! Fishing is possible from the garden.

Boat & Canoe* hire is available locally – pre booking is advised. *Discounts for canoe hire for our guests.

Located in the village of Brundall, the centre for boat building and boat hire, which has its own railway station, shop/post office, mini-market, hairdresser, Chinese takeaway, fish and chip shop, Indian restaurant, Café & bakery and local pubs serving good food.

The train station is just a stroll away with links to the beautiful city of Norwich for shopping, sightseeing and history or the popular seaside town of Great Yarmouth for an ice-cream on the beach and the child friendly amusement park, Pleasure Beach.

River Breeze is in a great location for exploring the countryside and coastline by car too! Quaint towns, villages and beaches close by and an abundance of attractions all within a 30 minute drive make for perfect family friendly holidays in Norfolk. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dining and cooking essentials, dishwasher & washing machine.

Tea towels, J cloth, sponge, washing up liquid, antibacterial surface spray, hand wash, dishwasher tablets and a starter kitchen roll is provided.

Lounge with Smart TV and Dining area seating 6 guests. The double French doors lead out to the veranda with dining furniture and steps down to the garden with picnic table and the waters’ edge.

• Mooring and Parking 

Private quay headed mooring. Please advise if you are bringing a boat and need use of the slipway.

Private Parking x 2 car – additional parking is available in the main car park free of charge to guests – please request.

• Dog Friendly 

Our lodges are dog friendly, we charge £30 per pet.

Fish bait fridge & 4 sun loungers. 

Fishing permitted in open season only. Rod license is required.
