Choose between our 2 and 3 bedroom detached lodges with beautiful views of the river or marina.
The lodges all have central heating, electricity and wi-fi included. They have fully equipped kitchens with full size fridge and full size freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and some have a washing machine – please see individual descriptions. Each lodge has its own private decking area or garden with outside seating and parking available for 2 cars.

River View

Our newly renovated (2022) property River View boasts a prime position on the main River Yare.
River View is in an excellent location, perfect for fishing at the end of the garden and watching the river activity. Jump on a train to Norwich for shopping, sightseeing and history or to Great Yarmouth for an ice-cream on the beach, there are also many more attractions close by.

River Breeze

River Breeze is now taking bookings after her full renovation completed March 2023!
Our 3 bedroom River Breeze is located off the main river in a small Marina. Its’ quiet and tranquil location is a perfect spot to get into the quieter waters with your own boat, kayak or paddle board from our slipway on the marina.

Renovated in December 2022, our 3 bedroom River Retreat is in a perfect location at the front of the Marina, a good spot for fishing and seeing the boats come in and out just off the main River Yare.
Its’ quiet and tranquil location is a perfect spot to get into the quieter waters with your own boat, kayak or paddle board from our slipway on the marina.
