We are excited to announce that our new 3 bedroom holiday lodge on the banks of the River Yare will be ready for CHRISTMAS 2023!

This perfect riverside holiday accommodation, with wonderful river views, boasts a timber interior and has all you need for a perfect home from home waterside break. It is in a perfect spot for river fishing (Rod permit required – in season only. Bait fridge on site). The open plan living area doors open onto the decking with seating furniture, ideal for relaxing in, soaking up the sun and seeing the stunning Norfolk sunsets. Watch the boats pass by, bring your own boat and moor right outside. Perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding (bring your own) and keeping a look out for wildlife in this peaceful location.

Located in the village of Brundall, the centre for boat building and boat hire, which has its own railway station, shop/post office, mini-market, hairdresser, Chinese takeaway, fish and chips shop, fine restaurant and local pubs all serving good food; one is just across the river, and one is within a short stroll.

Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite with shower, WC and hand basin.

Bedroom 2: Double bed.

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed – Single bed over double.

Ramp into lodge – All on the ground floor.

Open plan Kitchen /Diner /Lounge.

Kitchen with electric hob, oven, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine.

Living and dining area: With Smart TV & double French doors leading to the decked veranda with dining furniture and to the waters edge with quay headed mooring.

Bathroom: Walk in shower, WC and hand basin.

Electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included.

Hand and bath towels provided for number of guests staying.

Also provided are tea towels, J cloth, sponge, washing up liquid, antibac, handwash, dishwasher tablets and a starter kitchen & toilet roll.

Cot and highchair by request.

Private parking for 3 cars.

Please note: There is an unfenced river at the end of the decking.
